Refund policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product(s), Wide Open Distributors on behalf of Sweet Protection NZ is happy to refund or replace the item(s) with another choice or size.
Please simply fill out the returns and exchanges card supplied in your parcel (if you have lost this then please contact us to supply another one) and get the product sent back to Sweet Protection. Once the item is received back we'll handle the exchange or return. Please note the item must be unused, and in the same condition as you received it, with its original packaging and all relevant paper work. Please make sure the parcel is packaged appropriately to avoid any damage - poor wrapping resulting in freight damage will not be eligible for a refund.
This guarantee applies to a period of 30 days after the invoice date and includes all full-priced items and 'promo' items. Items that are on sale or from the Outlet collection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges are usually processed in 1-2 working days from when they are received.
If any part of your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not the correct product please notify us immediately and we will organise for the item to be collected and a replacement product sent to you
